Since 2008 we have quietly helped a small number of serious investors source, refurbish and let residential properties across BCP. We have sourced over 70 properties and managed more than 40 refurbishments - flats and houses across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

We are selective about who we work with because the service only works when we have full confidence in the investor's goals and the investment itself.

Who this is for

Investors who already understand the BCP rental market and want a single trusted contact to source, refurbish and manage a property through to tenancy. We work with landlords based across the UK and internationally who want the process handled properly without being involved in every decision.

This is not a sourcing portal. We don't maintain a list of available properties or work with investors on a speculative basis.

What we do

When we take on an investor client we work closely with them to understand their specific goals - investment duration, target yield, capital appreciation versus income, budget and property type. We then use our network of local contacts to identify suitable opportunities, including off-market properties with tenants already in place.

Where required we manage the full refurbishment process - planning, building, decoration and furnishing - using contractors we have worked with for years. We oversee every detail so you don't have to be on the ground. Once the property is ready, it goes straight into our managed portfolio.
