What are my legal responsibilities as a landlord?
Gas and electrical safety certificates, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, Right to Rent checks, deposit protection and prescribed information. We outline your obligations clearly when you instruct us and keep you updated as legislation changes.

What happens if my tenant stops paying rent?
